Sidney Triche
Retired, Founder
Sidney was hired to represent New York Life in 1965. With over 60 years of experience and dedication to his clients, Sidney has become a leading agent within the company, as well as an active member of his community. He has decades of experience in legacy & insurance planning, retirement strategies, and mutual fund investments. He was a member of the Lafourche Parish School Board, and is now President of the Lafourche Parish Water District. He also attended the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.
Sidney is a passionate outdoorsman, community auctioneer, and former King of the Krewe of Versailles. He is happily married to his wife, Annette, and they have four adult daughters, seven grand-children and two great-grandchildren.
Jack Doverspike
Founder, Financial Advisor
Jack joined Triche/Doverspike to work with his father-in-law, Sidney, in 1986 after spending 11 years working in the oil industry as a civil engineer. He attended college at The United States Military Academy at West Point, and graduated from the University of Arkansas with a B.S. in Civil Engineering. Jack prides himself on building trusting, long-lasting client relationships. He coordinates with his clients' full financial team including tax advisors and attorneys to create comprehensive financial strategies for business owners and high net worth clients.
For the past 25 years, Jack has lived and worked in South Louisiana with his wife, Cyd. He has two daughters and three grandsons who keep him on his toes. His daughter, Sydney, came to work with him in 2012. His english bulldog, Pappy Van Wrinkles, is the most spoiled of them all.
Sydney Doverspike Hale, CFP®, ChFC®, AEP®
Financial Advisor
After graduating from Clemson University with a BS in Marketing, Sydney worked as an Associate Consultant for high net worth clients at a boutique investment consulting firm. In 2012, Sydney returned home to South Louisiana to work with her father and grandfather. Her motivation has always been to leave things better than she found them - both for her clients and her community. She is a Certified Financial Planner™ Practitioner and Chartered Financial Consultant® who designs holistic, multi-generational financial plans with a focus on small businesses, high-earning professionals, and affluent families.
Sydney is a Board Member of the New Orleans Estate Planning Council, currently serving as Secretary. She was also a peer-elected member the 2023 New York Life Agent Advisory Council and the 2024 AAC Executive Council as First Secretary. She and her husband, Ross, spend most of their time cooking elaborate meals and cuddling with their two dogs. Their cat tolerates their existence nearby.

(CFP Board) owns the certification marks CFP®, CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™, and CFP® (with plaque design) in the United States, which it authorizes use of by individuals who successfully complete CFP Board’s initial and ongoing certification requirements.
